About the Role
Government Jobs - Full-Time - $37,897.00 - $49,649.00 Annually This position plans, and coordinates a wide variety of maintenance, repairs, and special projects within the Charleston County Facilities Management Department, at the direction of the Facility Supervisor . Typical duties include, but are not limited to, the repair, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry. This position will be expected to assist with administrative duties such as the computer-based work order management system, as well as provide support to building occupants in the absence of the Trades Technician III. HIRING SALARY: $37,897 - $49,649 (Estimated Annual Salary) OPEN UNTIL FILLED APPLICATION REVIEW BEGINS IMMEDIATELY
