About the Role
Mohawk Industries - - Responsibilities: Loads carpet into cutter frame from a-frame to guide bars to base of cutter; Operates controls to advance carpet, take samples as needed, set cutter head for optimum speed; Gathers scrap and puts into appropriate basket; adjust scrap between cuts; Monitors side scrap, adjust carpet as necessary, monitor cut quality; Follows all safety rules and cleaning procedures
