Types of Cases: general cardiothoracic surgery cases ·
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days, temporary privileges available ·
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner ·
Certifications Required: board certified or truly board eligible, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) ·
Licensure Required: must have an active Indiana license
