About the Role
HEI Hotels + Resorts - - Responsibilities: Act as liaison between Sales Manager and clients in the Sales Manager's absence; Take booking inquiry information via phone and prepare proper paperwork; Enter data, produce contracts, correspondence, forms, memorandum, and other documents using word processing and software packages; Answer telephone and respond to inquiries in a clear and pleasant manner; Organize, file, and retrieve documents to maintain essential records used in department operation
