About the Role
KeyBank - 4050 Seneca Street - Responsibilities: Provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming clients to the Bank and assisting with account transactions and servicing needs; Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate as needed; Listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and transition clients to a Banker; Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines and follow compliance, audit and security procedures; Attend in-person morning huddles and end of day debriefs
