Telecom Foreman

Overview Madysta Telecom USA is looking for a skilled and experienced Telecom Foreman to oversee and manage day-to-day field operations on assigned telecom sites. You’ll lead crews to ensure project goals are met efficiently and safely, coordinating work activities and prioritizing tasks under the guidance of the Construction or Project Manager. This role requires working outdoors and traveling across various locations along the East Coast of the USA, with travel rotations of 4 to 8 weeks at a time or be local to the specific markets. Candidates must have a proven background in telecom construction, excellent leadership capabilities, the ability to interpret blueprints, and proficiency in physical field tasks.
