Technical Project Manager

For over 80 years our well-established, mission-driven client has supported the Seattle-area community by providing subsidized rental housing and rental assistance for low-income, elderly, and disabled residents. They're currently in need of a Technical Project Manager to support initiatives across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational improvements. We're looking for a proven TPM with experience in smaller, fast-paced environments who can easily manage several projects simultaneously from strategy through implementation.

This is a hybrid remote opportunity: onsite 2 days a week (Greater Downtown Seattle area).

Contract through End of Year (w/full benefits and potential to extend).

An ideal candidate will have the following:

• 8+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint
• Ability to lead stand-ups and keep teams accountable
• History of Success delivering complex projects on time and budget
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication skills
