Technical Business Analyst
About the Role
An experienced Technical Business Analyst is required to translate business needs into technical solutions. This role involves analyzing complex data, defining system requirements, and collaborating with both technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation and system integration. The position demands a strong mix of analytical and technical knowledge to translate requirements into deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, creating technical specifications and user stories.
- Perform data analysis and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify areas for process improvement and mitigate technology risks.
- Ensure technology investments align with organizational goals.
- Communicate with partners and stakeholders at all levels of seniority and technical ability to extract relevant information.
- Utilize project management skills to prioritize requirements.
- Operate effectively within a large, complex corporate environment.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: Candidates must have proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business relationship requirements and exposure to process management, risks, and controls.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook is required.
Work Environment
This role follows a hybrid schedule with a requirement of a minimum of three days per week onsite.
Compensation & Benefits
A pay rate in the range of $40.00 to $46.18 per hour is offered for this position.
