About the Role
Target - 1042 South Kirkwood Road - Responsibilities: Greet guests and assist to resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience; Promote a physical security culture for team members and guests by maintaining safe and secure standards; Respond to and accurately document security incidents in a timely manner using the case management system; Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support as needed, adhering to AP policies; Submit appropriate documentation in the case management system for all incidents following AP policy and procedures
