About the Role
Target - 11290 West Broad Street - Responsibilities: Greet guests and assist to resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience; Respond to and document security incidents in a timely manner using the case management system; Promote and maintain a physical security culture across the store and exterior property; Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support per AP policies; Prevent theft and shortage at the front of store by performing merchandise receipt checks and identifying trends
