Target - - Responsibilities: Greet guests and assist to resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience; Promote a physical security culture and maintain safe and secure standards throughout the store; Respond to and accurately document security incidents in a timely manner; Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support as needed; Submit appropriate documentation in the case management system for all incidents
