About the Role
A company is looking for a Systems Lead (Application Development). Key Responsibilities Lead a software development team through planning, delivery, and operational support of a production application Partner with user groups and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans Design and implement enhancements using server-rendered web application patterns and maintain high standards for reliability and security Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of full lifecycle software development experience, including support of production systems Experience leading or mentoring a software development team Strong experience building server-rendered web applications using modern web frameworks Hands-on experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL, including query optimization and indexing
