About the Role
The University of Kansas Health System - 20930 West 151st Street - Responsibilities: Greets customers in prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.; Verifies patient information and assures that patient completes and signs appropriate paperwork.; Obtains copies of insurance cards, driver's license and enters/updates patient demographic and insurance information in computer system accurately and timely.; Maintains appointment scheduling system, coordinates, and adjusts patient appointments.; Consistently collects patient co-pay and outstanding account balances.
