Belk - 1234 Main Street USA Branson - Responsibilities: Process inbound truck deliveries and ensure product readiness for sales floor; Support floor sets, product presentations, and picking/packing customer orders; Maintain back-of-house organization and replenish supplies for daily operations; Assist with facilities processes and store maintenance tasks; Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during peak times

Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations or customer service preferred
- Ability to lift/move merchandise and stand for extended periods
- Basic POS or merchandising experience
