Supervisory Medical Support Assistant
The Supervisory Medical Support Assistants (MSA) positions serve as the direct line supervisor for all Lead Medical Support Assistants, Advanced MSAs (AMSA) and Medical Support Assistants (MSA). This position is located within the Health Administration Service at the Bruce W. Carter VAMC. The Supervisory Medical Support Assistant (Supervisory MSA) has full administrative and professional responsibility for the planning and directing of the MSA daily activities.
