About the Role
Medical City Healthcare is seeking a Supervisor, Respiratory Therapy to lead our Respiratory Therapy team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, staff scheduling, performance management, and adherence to regulatory standards. You will support evidence-based respiratory care, collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership, ensure accurate documentation, and promote patient safety and quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, advanced respiratory therapy experience, and a commitment to mentoring and developing clinical staff.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy or related field
- Licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
- 5+ years of RT experience with leadership preferred
