Job Details
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Proven ability to manage ground-up and/or renovation projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
Experience leading subcontractor coordination and field teams
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Familiarity with construction management software and scheduling tools
OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
