About the Role
Qualifications: 1. Black Seal License (If Necessary) 2. Ability to operate maintenance equipment and vehicles. 3. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status 4. 3 to 5 years experience in a trade listed below Reports To: Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds Job Goal: To provide building and equipment maintenance and repair. Performance Responsibilities: 1. Miscellaneous general maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment and grounds which may include: plumbing work electrical repairs lock repair & installation HVAC repairs furniture repair brush and spray painting concrete and masonry work landscaping equipment design and development 2. Assume such other related responsibilities and duties as may be assigned. Terms of Employment: Salary and work year to be determined by the Board of Education. Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the board's policy on evaluation of non-certified staff.
