The Kroger Company - 2028 East Harbor Road - Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to achieve sales objectives and budgets; Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the online shopping department; Train associates and supervise performance including conducting reviews; Lead planning, implementation, and execution of e-Commerce initiatives; Ensure orders are filled accurately and substitutions are made when items are out of stock
