About the Role
Auberge Resorts - - Responsibilities: Receive all food and beverage deliveries in a timely and organized manner; Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices for accuracy; Inspect products for quality, damage, and proper temperature upon arrival; Properly label, date, and store all items following FIFO standards; Stock and organize all culinary storage areas, including dry storage, coolers, and freezers
