About the Role

Scooter's Coffee - - Responsibilities: Direct an efficient workflow and assist the Store Manager in a variety of store operations duties; Serve as a role model of barista responsibilities and team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable; Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter's Amazing customer service experience; Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush; Assist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new team members

Responsibilities
