TravelCenters of America - - Responsibilities: Assist Professional Drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information; Maintain Parking Lot cleanliness and Fuel Island cleanliness when not assisting with Reserve-It functions; Follow the proper customer service sequence as outlined in the Operation Manuals; Prioritize work according to customer and management needs; Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and co-workers
