Ross Stores - 3950 Northlake Boulevard - Responsibilities: Maintain a visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.; Monitor for potential theft indicators and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.; Mitigate theft and fraud and minimize operational shortage through staff training and adherence to policies.; Provide courteous customer service while representing the company brand.; Collaborate with internal and external partners to support Loss Prevention initiatives.
