About the Role
Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintaining Safe & Secure Environment at store entrances/exits and on sales floor; Provide visible command presence and greet customers to deter theft; Mitigate theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating with leadership; Minimize operational shortage by training and educating Associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Support Loss Prevention initiatives and follow company policies
