About the Role
Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Provide visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft and monitor for safety issues; Identify theft indicators on sales floor and communicate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention; Educate and train Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper procedures; Monitor compliance with Checkout procedures and store policies to minimize operational shortage; Represent Ross brand professionally and maintain a safe, secure store environment
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in loss prevention or security (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
