Ross Stores - 691 West Hampden Avenue - Responsibilities: Provide visible command presence and monitor store entrances/exits to mitigate theft; Walk the sales floor to identify theft indicators and assist Store Leadership; Greet customers and provide friendly service; Collaborate with Loss Prevention and store leadership to minimize operational shortage; Educate and train Associates on shortage reduction initiatives
