About the Role
Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintains a safe and secure environment for associates and customers; Provides visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Mitigates theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating findings to leadership; Minimizes operational shortage by training and educating associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Develops great teams and partnerships with store leadership and internal/external partners
