Dollar Tree - 2505 Chastain Meadows Pkwy - Responsibilities: Recruit and hire store associates to serve our customers; Foster the growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising while coaching and correcting when appropriate; Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations; Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures; Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
