The Container Store - - Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with General Manager to drive revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence; Coach and develop the team to deliver consistent performance and exceptional customer service; Support labor planning and scheduling by managing payroll reporting and staffing needs; Analyze store-level data to track progress toward goals and guide team focus; Lead visual merchandising and Perfect Product Presentation standards to inspire customers and support sales performance
