About the Role
Sprouts Farmers Market - - Responsibilities: Oversee, manage and maximize the store's entire business operations across all departments; Manage profits and losses, hiring and termination of employees, disciplinary actions, and training and development; Coordinate sales promotions and merchandising, monitor inventory and ensure food safety and sanitation; Address staff issues, customer complaints, and ensure compliance with store policies; Maintain safety and cleanliness and ensure regulatory compliance including OSHA requirements
