About the Role
Rent-A-Center - 503 East 4th Avenue - Responsibilities: Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee sales activities; Oversee direct coworker's collection activities and account management; Monitor and achieve planned profits by managing store resources and inventory; Provide training and development for coworkers, recruit and hire for the store, and ensure exceptional customer service; Approve rental agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
