Rent-A-Center - 4519 Woodruff Road - Responsibilities: Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee store sales activities; Approve rental agreements and monitor sales results; Oversee accounts receivable/collections activities and provide leadership and training; Manage store profitability, inventory, pricing, cash handling, and security; Train and develop coworkers, recruit and hire, and reduce turnover
