O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Assist store manager in areas of sales, appearance, and overall operations of store; Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved; Train new team members assigned to him or her; Handle team member performance evaluations and recommend pay increases for these individuals; Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews
