About the Role

Brook Valley Thrift Stores - - Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall management and direction of all supervisors and team members in accordance with policies and applicable laws.; Meet customer needs with a smiling face and remember that the customer always comes first. Always make our customers know that they are important and special to us. Handle all customer questions and concerns.; Represent the company and store within the community and act as a liaison.; Ensure company records are completed, organized, retained, and safeguarded in accordance with company policy and procedure and applicable laws.; Ensure standards are met on all levels from each department and the OSHA, compliance with EEOC, and DOT.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA/EEOC/DOT compliance (preferred)
