About the Role
The Salvation Army (Western) - 1010 East Main Street - Responsibilities: Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of assigned store location.; Hire, train and direct the store team to ensure proficiency of processes and provide coaching.; Schedule employees and manage payroll records including time and attendance edits.; Ensure high levels of Customer and Donor satisfaction and maintain community relations.; Back Room Processing oversight to meet daily processing goals.
