About the Role
Dollar General - - Responsibilities: Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.; Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for solutions/counseling.; Open and close the store at least two times per week; maintain a clean, safe, organized store.; Manage inventory and merchandising; control damages, markdowns, and cash handling procedures.; Provide superior customer service leadership and ensure cash registers and security procedures are followed.
