About the Role
Napa Auto Parts - - Responsibilities: Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter/over the phone; Use parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members answer questions for customers; Provide outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into the NAPA Store; Welcome retail customers into our retail stores and engage to provide a positive consumer experience; Use technology (computer), cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system
Responsibilities
- Provide auto parts answers and solutions at the counter/phone
- Assist other team members with customer questions
- Provide outstanding customer care and interactions at the store
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of auto parts a plus
