Finish Line - - Responsibilities: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service; Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets; Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations; Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals
