Steve Madden - - Responsibilities: Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability by ensuring that customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection are all consistent and compliant with company standards; Assist in various store operations, including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, cleaning duties when necessary, and customer service; Process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system; Assist Store Manager in the selection and hiring of qualified candidates; Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside your specific role
