Steve Madden - - Responsibilities: Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability by ensuring that customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection are all consistent and compliant with company standards; Create amazing customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration, ensuring the team is motivated to deliver memorable experiences; Partner with the Store Manager to implement visual merchandising directives to maintain the company's brand strategies; Ensure appropriate replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor; Assist in various store operations, including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, cleaning duties when necessary, and customer service
