About the Role
Hy-Vee - - Responsibilities: Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions; Unloads trucks, opens containers, stock the shelves, runs overstock on risers and rotates product; Assists customers by escorting them to the products they're looking for and securing products that are out of reach; Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly, helpful service to customers who call; Operates register for customer purchases
