About the Role
Peregrine Hospitality - 415 East Paces Ferry Road Northeast - Responsibilities: Clean, transport, and store pots, pans, dining ware, silverware, and glasses used in food and beverage operations; Set up and organize the dishwashing area and operate equipment safely; Clean and sanitize all China, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans; take inventories; Ensure kitchens meet cleanliness and food safety standards; follow safety and chemical protocols; Work cohesively with co-workers and other departments as part of a team; adhere to attendance and reliability standards
