About the Role
Greenwood Hospitality Group - - Responsibilities: Wash pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen utensils in accordance with sanitation guidelines and company standards; Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and pot-washing area at all times; Assist with receiving food and beverage deliveries and restock/store food products according to FIFO guidelines; Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Director, Sous Chef, or Supervisor regarding work priorities and assist with additional duties as requested by management; Operate dishwashing equipment safely and effectively while maintaining floor cleanliness and overall work area safety

Qualifications
- 1 year of prior dishwashing experience preferred
- Food handling/sanitation knowledge
