About the Role
Food City - - Responsibilities: Manage Starbucks department and associates to maximize sales and profitability by controlling product loss and promoting sales; Provide exceptional service for customers through managing and communicating expectations for customer service with all associates, recruiting and selecting quality associates, and planning adequate coverage through scheduling; Merchandise Starbucks department on a regular, daily basis per plan-o-grams; Schedule and provide Starbucks associates with all required department training, development of necessary skills, and areas of job responsibilities including computer based training; Enforce and maintain all safety policies and procedures
