Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Scottsdale, Arizona. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. Outpatient orthopedics experience required. Experience with comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and documentation consistent with outpatient clinic standards. Ability to supervise or provide direction for discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student education when assigned. Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, schedule reflects typical clinic hours. Clinical Focus: Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
