Talent Connect Group (TCG) is hiring for a pre Seed AI-native wealth platform building intelligent systems for private market investing.
This isn’t AI as a feature. AI is the product.
They’re looking for a hands-on Staff AI Engineer to design and scale production-grade, agentic AI systems used for real financial decisions.
You’ll:
• Build LLM + RAG-powered systems
• Design reasoning pipelines across complex, messy data
• Own systems end-to-end (architecture → production)
• Drive reliability, evaluation, and trust in AI

Looking for:
• 8+ years engineering experience
• Strong background in LLMs / RAG / agentic systems
• Proven track record shipping production AI
