Top Responsibilities – Staff Accountant:
Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly close process
Perform balance sheet reconciliations including prepaids, accruals, payroll, and cash accounts
Assist with preparation of internal financial statements and variance analysis
Support fixed asset accounting including CIP reconciliations and depreciation tracking
Process payroll and benefits-related accounting entries
Assist with expense reporting platform administration and monthly reporting
Participate in local bank reconciliations and treasury support activities
Collaborate with auditors by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
Support special accounting projects and process improvement initiatives
Experience Preferred – Staff Accountant:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA track preferred)
0–2 years of accounting or audit experience
General ledger exposure and familiarity with ERP systems preferred
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
