Job Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Work Environment: Fully In-Office

The Staff Accountant will support the day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting. • Prepare and post journal entries

• Perform account reconciliations

• Assist with month-end and year-end close

• Support financial reporting and analysis

• Assist with audit preparation

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

• Identify opportunities for process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

• 2–5+ years of accounting experience preferred

• Strong understanding of GAAP

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fully in-office environment
