Staff Accountant

Salary: $60,000–$72,000 per year

We’re partnering with a privately held services organization that continues to grow and is expanding its accounting team. This Staff Accountant role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who wants hands-on experience, visibility, and the opportunity to grow alongside the business.

The position reports directly to a Controller who is well known for developing early‑career accounting professionals and providing meaningful exposure beyond day‑to‑day transactional work.

• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support preparation of internal financial reporting
• Help maintain the general ledger and assist with audit requests
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Provide support to accounts payable and accounts receivable during busier periods

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships considered)
• Strong Excel skills with solid attention to detail
