About the Role
Pratt Industries - - Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and assist with stacking the bundler, load former, and delivery end of machine per established setup techniques.; Monitor the quality of finished boxes and report quality problems; ensure proper top/bottom cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags.; Assist operator and first helper; maintain accurate production counts and timely reports; complete maintenance work orders as needed.; Help adhere to production schedule and suggest optimizations to meet cost, quality, and service goals.; Maintain safety and housekeeping, comply with all company policies, and participate in equipment maintenance.
